Cilantro is the leaf of the young coriander plant, Coriandrum sativum, an herb in the parsley family, similar to anise. Cilantro''''''''''''''''s taste is a fragrant mix of parsley and citrus. Cream Cheese Salsa Spread

8 oz Regular or light cream cheese
1 jar Picante sauce
Cilantro
Place cream cheese on rimmed plate; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes to soften.
Pour Picante Sauce over and around cream cheese. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve with vegetable dippers, crackers or chips.
