These small cut Shallots packed in water are light purple in color. The taste is a cross between a very mild garlic and sweet onion. Ready to use in sauces, dressings and oils. Will darken with age and exposure to heat.

Sauce Verde / Green Sauce

1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 Chopped hard boiled eggs
1 tsp Parsley flakes
2 Tbsp Tarragon Leaf
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Chopped Shallots
2 Tbsp Chopped cooked spinach
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together.
Serve cold on vegetables, fish or eggs.
