This mild, aromatic green herb is not only used to add color to a variety of dishes, but is also used to flavor sauces, stew, soups, rice, fish, roasts, pasta, vegetables and eggs.

Seafood Pasta Salad
8 oz Egg noodles
2 Onions, chopped
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1/4 c Green peppers, chopped
4 oz Baby shrimp, chopped (precooked)
16 oz Imitation crabmeat, cut in small pieces
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c French dressing (creamy)
1/4 c Sweet relish
Florida Bay Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and cool.
Add onions, celery, green pepper, shrimp and imitation crabmeat and mix together well.
Mix mayonnaise and French dressing together, then stir into mixture.

Best if made ahead of time and refrigerated several hours or overnight.
