A pleasant mixture of Basil, Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Lavender and Savory that flourish in the south of France. Often used on roasted meats and poultry, tomato dishes and stews.

Roast Herbed Lamb


1 Leg of Lamb; fat removed
Garlic cloves; cut in slivers
Olive oil; to taste
Herbs DeProvence Classic - to taste

Inset garlic slivers into lamb. Rub with oil, then Herbs de Provence Classic. Cover with foil and refrigerate 2-3 hours to allow flavors to penetrate the meat.
Roast in a preheated 400F oven 30-45 minutes depending on weight.
