Stuffing for Pork, Lamb or Turkey

2 Large loaves of white bread toasted and sliced in small cubes
1 Stalk of diced celery
2 Large diced Spanish onions
1/2 lb Margerine
Turkey Consomme (18 oz. water, 4 capfulls of consomme)
1/2 Tbsp Pepper, Ground White
1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
Saute celery and onion in 1/2 lb of margerine until tender.
Add 1/2 Tbsp of pepper, ground white, 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning and 2 Tbsp of parsley flakes.
Pour ingredients over your diced bread and add your liquid consomme.
Mix well.
Place in flat greased pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Cover with greased wax paper on top.
