Taco Beef Soup

1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Onions, chopped
16 oz Whole tomatoes
8 oz Kidney beans
8 oz Tomato sauce
5 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 1/2 c Beef - EL* (prepare according to package)
1 Avocado, chopped
1/2 c Cheddar cheese, grated
Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a saucepan, stirring frequently; drain.
Add whole tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and Beef - EL*. Bring to a simmer, covered, over medium heat and cook for 4 minutes.
Serve with chopped avocado and grated cheddar cheese.
