5 gal Water
14 oz Beef Base, Premium (Prepared according to package)
1 Number 10 can tomatoes
1/3 c Sugar
2 lb Frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 Head medium cabbage, cut fine, raw
4 Medium potatoes, cubed or diced
Cook together until desired consistency is attained.
