Pepper, Lemon Salt Free

A combination of black pepper kick and the tartness of lemon without salt. Great on poultry, fish, meat, artichokes, asparagus and broccoli.

Artichoke Bread

1 Loaf French bread
2 Cloves garlic
2 Tbsp Butter
1 jar Marinated artichoke hearts
1 c Cubed monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 c Sour cream
1/4 tsp Pepper, Lemon Salt Free
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Cut the french bread loaf in half and tear out the center of each half, tearing into bite-size pieces.
Brown the torn-out pieces of bread in butter with garlic.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, without the chedder.
Put the mixture back into the hollowed-out loaf.
Top with chedder.
Bake 20- 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
