Lemon & Herb Seasoning

An herb seasoning with the tang of lemon wonderful on fish, in poultry dishes, and dressings.

Chicken Pasta Salad

1 Tbsp Lemon & Herb Seasoning
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch squares
4 oz Uncooked fettuccine
1 c Chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp Canned sliced ripe olives
1 tsp Olive oil
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
Sauté chicken pieces in olive oil for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle Lemon & Herb over chicken and continue to sauté for about 2 minutes or until brown.
Add tomatoes and sliced olives, let simmer for 2 minutes.
Add cooked fettuccine and mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
